Menu analytics
Understand how guests use your menu.
Use menu visits and item-detail views to investigate what guests explore, then decide what deserves a closer look.
Start with a useful question
Are people opening the menu? Which item details get attention? Does engagement change across a week? These questions guide what to inspect before changing the menu.
Read the metric, not a sales story
Menu views record menu loads; item opens record visits to item details. Visitor counts estimate browser activity rather than identifying exact people. An order handoff is not evidence of an accepted or paid order.
Compare a meaningful period
The reporting interface offers 7, 30 and 90-day ranges. Compare similar periods and consider opening hours, promotions and traffic changes before interpreting a difference.
Turn an observation into a check
If an item attracts views, review its description, photo, options and availability. Make a considered change and examine a later period. An empty report means no recorded data for that view, not proof of no customer interest.
Questions, answered
Are most-viewed items the best sellers?
No. Opening an item shows attention, not a purchase. Sales require a separate reliable source.
Are unique visitors exact customer counts?
No. Browsers, devices and storage settings can affect visitor estimates; one person may appear more than once.
Does an “order sent” count prove revenue?
No. A WhatsApp handoff does not establish receipt, acceptance, payment or completed delivery. Treat it as an interaction signal.
